Gap
International, Inc. delivers a range of courses, programs and curricula for executive development
and team building, as well as management consulting services. Unhappy with the image portrayed
by their previous website, Gap International initiated an in-house redesign. WebQuarter's
job was to reproduce their pixel-perfect print layouts for the Web. No easy task, given
the limitations of HTML. CMYK color matching, exact positioning of page elements, cross-browser
compatibility issues... the challenges were many.
In
addition to our design work, WebQuarter encoded and delivered streaming
video. We also created a secure "clients only" section with admin tools so
Gap can create user accounts for its clients, allowing timed access to restricted material.
