Our
client's goals were very clear... build a user-friendly shopping site, build relationships, establish
a sense of community. Their direction was also very specific: have fun with it! To better target
and serve its markets, CCM looked to WebQuarter Design to come up with an intuitive and playful
approach to rebuilding the site.
From
home page to checkout, this online store is built around the customer. Returning shoppers earn
Affinity Points with each purchase, which can later be redeemed for free product. The application
also supports bulk discounts, promotional codes, customer queries such as order history, an affiliates
program, and a secure administrative module that allows Crum Creek to manage orders and update
the site via a Web interface, with no knowledge of HTML required.
